Hej Bóbr uses artificial intelligence systems to support the creation of websites, text, sections, layouts, content suggestions, communication variants, and other project elements.
AI limitations
AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, similar to existing content, or unsuitable for a specific industry. AI does not replace legal, tax, medical, financial, design, or sector-specific advice.
Review obligation
- accuracy of business information
- prices, deadlines, service descriptions, and guarantees
- advertising-law compliance
- rights to photos, fonts, logos, and trademarks
- marketing and sector-specific claims
- content concerning health, finance, law, education, investments, or regulated services
Labelling
If law requires content to be labelled as AI-generated or AI-modified, the user is responsible for such labelling on their website unless the service implements automatic labelling for the relevant feature.
Input data
Users should not input sensitive data, children data, trade secrets, or third-party personal data into AI features without an appropriate legal basis.
