Pricing

General rules

All prices are net. VAT is added where applicable. This pricing applies to customers ordering the service for a business, professional, or income-earning purpose, including unregistered activity or activity before registration.

We work as a service (Website-as-a-Service): we prepare, publish, host, and maintain the website for the term of the agreement. The subscription price in the accepted Offer applies for a 12-month minimum term unless the Offer states otherwise. After the minimum term the service may be billed per the current pricing with at least 30 days notice.

Currency and VAT

EUR amounts are shown for orientation, rounded to convenient price points. The contractual and billing currency for this market is the Polish zloty (PLN); the binding amount is the PLN figure, and the EUR equivalent is indicative only (reference rate used: EUR 1 ≈ PLN 4.3). The exact amount and currency for a given customer follow from the accepted Offer.

Prices are net of VAT. For Polish customers we add Polish VAT (currently 23%) where applicable. For EU business customers with a valid EU VAT number established outside Poland, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply, so VAT is settled by the customer in their own country.

Subscription plans

Included in every plan

• preparing the website for the customer activity and publishing after acceptance
• hosting, basic technical upkeep, and SSL configuration
• a mobile-friendly layout
• a contact form or another agreed contact path
• a 12-month minimum term and monthly-in-advance billing

Annual prepayment (one month free)

Instead of monthly billing, the Customer may pay for the whole year upfront and pay for 11 months instead of 12 — one month free. Upfront payment covers 12 months of the Service, does not shorten the minimum term, and is non-refundable on early termination attributable to the Customer. EUR amounts are indicative; the binding currency is PLN.

Onboarding fee and onboarding discount

The standard cost of configuring and preparing the website (onboarding fee) is PLN 3,000 net (approx. €699). Under the current offer we grant an onboarding discount reducing this fee to zero, on condition that the agreement is kept for the 12-month minimum term, so the customer starts with no upfront fee.

If the agreement ends early for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer returns a proportional part of the granted discount, calculated from the number of full months remaining until the end of the minimum term (PLN 3,000 × remaining months / 12). Details are set out in the Terms.

Excluded from the subscription

Unless the Offer states otherwise, the subscription does not include:

• new subpages and large new sections
• a full redesign or custom UX/UI
• logo design, visual identity, or custom graphics and illustrations
• custom code and integrations with external systems
• online stores, bookings, or online payments
• advanced SEO and advertising campaigns
• specialist copywriting and legal documents for the customer
• legal, tax, medical, financial, or regulatory advice
• buying photos, fonts, plugins, domains, licences, or third-party services

Export / buyout of the website

Export / buyout is available only after all amounts due to the Service Provider are settled. Export covers static HTML, CSS, JavaScript files and graphics needed for basic display of the website outside the Service Provider infrastructure.

Export does not cover the CMS, management panel, platform code, AI workflows, automation, integrations, hosting, infrastructure configuration, analytics data, or external tools.

Different prices for different markets

Hej Bóbr prices may vary by market, currency, support language, support scope, tax costs, service level, package, promotional campaign, and individual offer. The binding terms for a given customer follow from the accepted Offer and the pricing in force at contract conclusion.
